P Codes for 1999 V70 with 175miles
Hello,
I am an owner of a 1999 Volvo V70 that I purchase for my daughter for college. We paid cash for the vehicular last year. I new it has some transmission issues and I had it checked out and the following codes are as follows:
P1057
P0751
P0756
P0734
I tried to look some of these codes up on the internet but some of the sites want money just to get answers. Now she is not driving the car because I think and I quote...The Transmission may need to be& replace and that is very costly right now. Can anyone give me some advice as to how I can go the route that will not cost me an "ARM & LEG" The orange Arrow is flashing, the check engine light keeps coming on and off. The body of the car is in great shape and I don't want to put to much money into this car as it's just her transportation school. I may have to junk it!
Thanks,
Cece

Welcome, one of the trouble code pages given by Ultraguage is: OBD-II Check Engine Light Trouble Codes
The dreaded flashing arrow is suppose to mean something wrong with the transmission, there could be an electronic fault or a sensor that could be causing it, but it's most likely your transmission. When was it last serviced? and how many miles are on it?
