Default Weird Noise in Reverse

When I back up straight but mostly turning left. I noise I thought front my front left wheel but now I think it is from underneath, it sounds like someone jumping up and down on a sqeeky matress. any help? nothing going forward, and brakes look good. I thought it was a wheel bearing, but no idea.

I have a hard time understanding anything other than the mattress squeak. It sounds like you should inspect the CV joints to see if you have a damaged boot and or joint. If all four joints look good it might be a brake pad.
