Hi, Iv'e got a 99 v70xc with 180,000 miles.This weekend the car had some strange symptoms I'd never encountered before. Saturday night I turned the key to start it and it slowly(slower than usual) cranked twice, then made a whirring sound. I turned the key back off immediately and tried again to the same result. Once more and it fired right up as if nothing was wrong, drove it home (20 miles) with no problems. I shut it off and started it again with no issue. Sunday morning it started with no issue. Sunday afternoon my girlfriend had to try 4 times starting the car with the same symptoms before it started so she could drive home from work. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks
