Default 02 v70 2.4t throttle body issues

Hello all, I cleaned the throttle body on my car the other day, Took the car apart and out it back together the way it came apart. I went to start the car and it started up, and died immediately. I then started again and revved the car up to about 2500 rpm. and it died when coming down from the rpms. It then smelt like the choke was on the car, which leads me to believe that it is not getting air, because there isn't a choke due to EFI. This led me to believe that it was a vaccuum leak. The car is giving me three codes, which i cleared in hopes that it could just be the computer being a nanny. The codes are gone but the check engine lght is still on and my code reader is saying there aren't any more codes. The codes are:
PO068: Map/Maf-Throttle Position Correlation
PO123: Throttle/Pedal Position sensor/ Switch "A" circuit high
PO222: Throttle/Pedal Position sensor/ Switch "B" circuit low
I used a carb cleaner to clean the throttle body, and it was very grimmy. I don't know if I'm going in the right direction or if I'm not even close. Please any help would be great, Right now I'm stuck in the water with no car.
