Default 2004 V70 2.5T purchase advice needed

Hi all. I'm about to pull the trigger on a clean V70 2.5T with 233,000 miles on the clock. Comprehensive service history but I noticed an oil pressure light coming on at low idle. Checked oil level and it's ok as is the motor sound. Everything else looks sounds perfect. Few questions: 1. What's the timing belt interval change on these motors? 2. Any ideas on the oil pressure warning? There's lots of info on the forums. Is this a deal breaker? Maintenance shows PCV checked twice. I'm pretty satisfied with the maintenance history and it's in really good shape. Any comments on turbo maintenance at this mileage? My 2000 S70 got totaled so I'm looking for something else. Thanks 😊

low idle oil pressure can either be gunk in the oil pick up or the pump/pick up needs new seals. Google around to see if this model/year has a recommended improved replacement park for the oil pick up. Either way, plan on fixing that before you make it a daily driver. At a minimum the car will need to go on a lift and have the oil pan dropped and inspected. Sounds to me that's the reason the car is coming up for sale and you dont know how long its been that way and whether any permanent damage has been done.

Thanks for the response. I did some research and found this is fairly common especially if the oil has not been changed religiously. Interestingly this vehicle has an excellent Carfax history report. I think I'll take a chance and do the due diligence before making it my daily. I'll post pics later. Really has been well kept
