Default 2005 V70 the ac fan will not turn off?

This just started today. Just got home, turned the car off- fan is still running. I can turn the switch, no response. I can crank the car back up and change the speeds with the switch, but when I turn off the ignition - it continues to run.
What can I do?

Edit: this is not the radiator coolant fan.....this is the air mover under the dash.

Edit 2: Okay....I am now hearing- via google- that this may(?) be normal. Its called "after blow". However this turns out- I'll come back and post the end of this.

Edit 3: Well?..... its still after blowing.....guess I'll have to disconnect the battery?

Edit 4: Connected the battery back up today....fan will not come on. Fuse is good.

I assume that the fan switch is bad....and looking for a replacement??? Can't seem to find one online?

Hah....started process of removing switch.....had to turn key on to pull gear shift out of the way- and it started working. Speed control works, off-on works.....what can I say?
Thank you Jesus!
