31262935, torque rod mount

Where does PN 31262935, torque rod mount to the subframe and transmission? Shouldn’t I be able to see this from underneath after removing the panel? 2008 Volvo V70 2WD.

If it's the part shown below - it's mounted at the front of the engine under the hood up top. .
