Default Appollonius

On my V70, 2006 auto, I am getting a slight loss of power when pulling away from low speeds , and sometimes at speeds of 30 to 50 mph. Particularly during the first mile after starting up from cold Also, the automatic gearbox seems to change down earlier when going up hills.
I have checked/ cleaned/replaced: plugs, air filter, put injector cleaner through, petrol filter, mass air flow sensor.
Also put into a private garage specialising in Volvos, he found and cleaned a dirty throttle, but that has not solved it.
Any suggestions on where to look next?
