Default Can't figure it out!

I have a 2002 base v70 with an automatic transmission.
About half the time when I start the car and it idles rough and if I press the gas it won't go over 2200rpm's. I put it in gear it's the same if not worse.
If it starts like this, it takes about 30 min of letting it idle then the rough idle stops and it drives like nothing has ever been wrong with it.
Many help or knowledge on this issue would be extremely helpful.

Sounds like something changes as the engine warms up, so some things to look at: vacuum/intake air leaks, throttle body (read up on ETM faults), idle air valve/MAF ( you can clean both with MAF cleaner if dirty for like $6), check the engine coolant temp sensor and the intake air temp sensor. Assume you don't have a check engine light on - if so getting the codes read via a scanner is the first thing to do.

Either an inlet manifold leak or MAF sensor crook.
