Default Front Control Arm Replacement

Hello All,
I am contemplating replacing the front control arms on our 2005 V70. The rear (hydro) bushings have leaked out, front (dog bone) may still be OK, but ball joints may also need replacing.
Car has 214k miles and the bushings had been replaced more than 120k miles ago. Like many of us I watched a couple Youtube videos and noticed that the common process involves loosening the ball joint nut and swinging (prying with a crowbar) the control arm down so it clears the ball joint stem.
Since I would be performing this on a QuickJack with not much leverage space, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on the best method to pry the arms down with the least amount of cussing.
Thanks!

My trick for leverage is to have various lengths of iron pipe (like 2") that can slide over a breaker bar or pry bar to give you leverage. Home Depot or Lowes plumbing dept is all you need. :-)

mt6127, thank you. Indeed, this is a very good and cost effective method to get leverage. However the issue is with the required height under the car. Depending on the required "angle of attack" (which depends on where you apply the pry bar) and lever length, the available ground clearance on the QuickJack may or may not be enough to exercise the leverage. It is about 18", which is obviously much less than what is available on a regular lift. This is the reason I posted the question.
