Default jerk/jump when accelerate in 2002 Volvo XC70 AWD

I bought a 2002 Volvo XC70 AWD with 127k miles because i got it in a good deal from a private seller who says it has been sitting for about an year.

Ok, so after buying I see these problem:
There is a little jerk sometimes when I accelerate the car and the gear changes. Does not jerk in high speed, but mostly when I accelerate right after I start the car. The jerk/jump is more pronounced when I shift from reverse to drive and start to drive. There is no engine light code.
One mechanic said it might be the solenoid torque converter sensor (?) (I am not a car mechanic and any knowledge about cars I have is from reading) and would cost me me around $250 to replace it. The mechanic also said, I can keep on driving and can get it repaired later, its not going to get the transmission die out because of that.

About the history of the car, I dont know much. Didnt do a carfax. But the guy I bought it from said he recently replaced transmission fluid in the car.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated about the jerking .

Thanks

Hmmm, unless you can confirm what type of atf was used I might be tempted to replace again with confirmed 3309 fluid. Could be that the wrong type was put in...

You need new shift solenoids and a transmission fluid change.
