I'm assuming your car is street parked and you needed to move it before a Memorial Day parade or by Tuesday morning. Also, you're locked out of the car, no?
You might be better off just having it towed to wherever you have it worked on.
1) You have to get into the car
2) You'd have to open the hood to disconnect the PNP switch so you could manually put it in "N" to get it to roll onto a flat bed.
3) You need to actuate the lock so stepping on the brake will release the lock on the gear range selector lever.
4) It'd be dangerous to do all that work on the street
A municipal tow contractor won't deliver the care should you "get towed". Plus, the parking ticket will be not cheap.
Better to take charge and have it carefully towed.
What city are you in?

actually its parked in a field, however the city of long beach wants it moved asap. its unlocked and i have the steering wheel unlocked and able to put it in neutral. my dilemma is i dont have the funds to have a key cut and programmed at the moment. I work for Jim Dickey the Land Cruiser guru building custom land cruisers so im mechanically savvy and one of my coworkers had this car running without the key and he told me what fuses to jump but for some reason i just cant figure it out.

I don't know how the immobilizer works. That is, even if you opened the clamshell, unplugged and removed the immobilizer ring I don't know if the car would start.
Every story I've ever read about the immobilizer working describes the engine starting but cutting out 1.5 seconds later.
Maybe you have just another no-start condition. Perhaps getting your car to safe ground (Jim Dickey's place) with a tow THEN GETTING A KEY is the smartest and cheapest thing to do.
Don't over think this one. Best of luck. G&K
