I'm currently in the process of installing BC Coils on my V70R, we got 3 sides in but we can't get the passenger side front to line up right, either we can get the ball joint nut and bolt in but not the upper mounting bracket bolt for the shock or vice versa, any ideas in what the issue could be?

 

are you saying you can't get the right front strut to line up? did the coilovers come pre-packaged or did you need to assemble them? only thing I can think of is there may be a left and a right strut or the spring seat isn't aligned properly to the coil. Not sure what your part looks like since I've only done factory parts - check with the manufacturer's web site to see if there's some form of alignment indicator. Example on Gen1 S40s, theres a 1/4 inch hole on the strut mount that aligns to the spring seat and the coil fits in apprpriately...
