Default Slow fuel pressure buildup - 2010 1.6D

Hi,
My V70 cranks but don't start. I don't get any error codes but when connecting an obd scanner it shows a slow build up of the high fuel pressure, it takes 5 seconds to reach 360 bar (5200 psi). (Assume it should go much faster)

Some background info, I took of the dpf, cleaned it and set it back. Engine started directly but after a few minutes the engine was getting slower and after a few more minutes I stopped and it was not possible to start again. So removed the dpf again and tried started without it (to exclude dpf as the source of problem)- but without success.

Any idea what could be wrong?

How is the low side fuel pressure?
Filter filter is newer than older?
No kinked fuel supply hoses?
Nothing electrical damaged during the DPF removal/install? All connectors plugged back in if removed?

My car do the same.
Green line, fuel rail pressure.
Red line, engine rpm.

I've changed almost of the engine sensors, today a expert told me that is common that new fuel sensors for PSA motors won't work at all..

Next Saturday I will change the sensor again.. 😑
thanks
