Default Turbo replacement on 2.4 engine

I can't seem to find any good guides to replacing this mitsubishi turbo, and it looks cramped as all hell back there. Does anyone have any tips? (2003 2.4t) The large plastic air line has had oil in it for a long time, it's at 180k~ bought at 105 and never had any turbo, pcv, or ecm work done. So I'm replacing the PCV and ECM this weekend - it burns about a quart of oil every 200-300 miles. Trying to get the turbo too but I don't know if I'll have enough time, or if taking the intake off will help at all. Thanks all

Also: Parking brake got stuck a thousand miles back or so. I got it unstuck and haven't touched the ebrake, but now when slowing down there's an audible pulsing in the rear brakes and I can feel it on the pedal. Mechanic said new parking brake cables needed, which I obtained, but I'm seeing common issues with the boots and springs as I look this issue up. Would it be safer to just replace the entire parking brake assembly?

If you are feeling a pulsing in the pedal it's usually a warped brake disc.

Thanks, I'm changing out the sway bars soon and I'll have a look.
