Default V70R Electrical Problem?

New to the forum here, hoping to get some help and second opinions.

I've had a 2004 V70R for about a year, with no issues. Though today the most bizarre thing happened. After going back to work today from my lunch, with the car idling in the parking lot, the headlights decided to turn themselves on and off every two minutes or so. Odd. Thought that maybe being parked in the shade and it being late in the afternoon was causing it to be a bit weird. Shut the car off and finished my shift for the day. Came back to it after work to find my key fob wouldn't unlock the car. Unlocked it with the slot in the door, no lights came on. No dash lights, nothing. The car oddly enough cranked over just fine, but would not start. Cranking started to slow down after several seconds, so I stopped. After that, the beeping telling me there was a key in the ignition starting going, and the door locks ticked on. Power somehow was magically back!

The car drove home just fine, but now I had a CEL and two error messages.

- Engine System Service Required
- SRS Airbag Service Urgent

Got it home with no issues, the car didn't drive weird or anything. Thought it might be a dying battery, so I checked voltage with my multimeter. It was holding steady at about 12.6 - 12.7 V. So maybe a loose ground wire or a bad fuse? Checked all my ground connections that I could find and my three fuse boxes and didn't find anything wrong. Maybe a bad alternator? Well, I started the car and turned on everything I could find. A/C on full, Fog Lights, Headlights, Radio, Defroster, Seat Heaters, etc. Voltage was staying steady above 13 V at around 13.4.

Tried resetting everything by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it to maybe refresh the system and get it to think better or something. No more Engine System message or CEL, but the SRS message is still around. I've read that I have to have a VIDA/DICE thing to reset that or something.

Do you guys have any ideas? I'm honestly pretty stumped with this, and I'm kind nervous to drive the car and get stranded somewhere.
