Default coolant level

Hi everyone!

Could somebody help me to decoding the coolant level problem? Sometimes the computer shows like stop engine, coolant level is low,but the water temperatures not high, normal. And I pour into half cup of coolant liquid.Sometimes comes up often this problem without high temperatures of the water What cause the problem?
And another problem:in long term the car is jerking at 60 miles/h,in short term doesn't doing it.Changed:sway bar, inner, joint *****,bushing.Lower than 60mil/h not jerking, and over the 75-80mil/h not jerking eighter.
Thanks any advise and help!

Coolant level is not related with coolant temperature. Coolant level means the level in the reservoir is low and needs to be topped up. Now, normally when the level goes down, there is a leak somewhere.

Vibration at 60mph is usually front wheel balance.
