New to forum stuff! Bulbs are good, socket to bulbs good, fuses good, switch works for taillights,daytime runnners work, "fog lights" work. Just those hids not working. hi or low beams. The ballasts bad? where are they located? I'm not too excited to monkey with that, but if I have to...My electrical knowledge shaky, but I can use an ohm meter. I'm willing to modify to halogens if possible. It would be cheaper? It is a 2004 xc70. BOUGHT NEW BALLASTS. ALL IS FINE NOW. EASY TO REPLACE, THEY ARE PLUG N PLAY
