Hello. I'm trying to figure out what kind of diagnostic software to get. I've been doing research and I'm pretty much lost on most of it. I have a 2004 Volvo XC70 and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Is the VIDA/DICE compatible with an OBD2 reader? I have one of those, but I don't have the software to read it. Thanks for the help!

 

No - but If the OBD2 reader has Bluetooth or Wifi you can use a android mobile with Torque software to read it

DICE is the OBD2 Volvo specific reader and you connect it to a computer/laptop with VIDA sofware (windows 7) It can read all Volvo specific codes
