Hi all, after decades of owning mostly Japanese cars I've decided that I need a volvo in my life.

I'm looking for guidance on how to price this vehicle fairly.
2010 volvo XC70 with 110k miles and engine is a NA 3.2L six
One owner, Leather, moonroof, heated seats, complete maintenance history at dealer dealership

I looked at kbb and nada but pricing is all over the place.

Should I be concerned about the high mileage?
