hi, I just bought a Volvo XC70 2006 with issue in the radio. Radio doesn’t turn on or 12v lighter or passenger seat. I was wondering if I can get some help to resolve this!

I had tested all fuses and they seem to work good, so I went ahead and took radio out and tested to see if I get power and ground which I do! While I was there I tested the purple wire which isn’t getting power!! So that means I’m having a short on the accessory wire but fuses are good! How ever when I put direct power to the purple (Acc) wire radio turns on and everything works!

Main question is, how can I resolve this issue? Any relay I’m missing? Or can I tap into a fuse to get direct power to accessory fuse to have it turned on while vehicle is on? If so how?
