Roof rack repair

My 1987 roof rack is pulling out. Does anybody know where I can get replacement screws? They are the kind with self-sealing rubber nutserts. Is there an alternative fix?

Try Ace Hardware or an equivalent and I think they are called well nuts. any machine screw that fits the well nut will work for the screw part
