The radio in my 97 850 was replaced twice, so it's had 3 different codes. When trying to put in the correct one, I put in the wrong codes twice, then mistyped the correct one! This has led ot the stereo displaying "off" no matter what I do. If I recall, the manual says this goes away after two hours with the stereo on.
My question is: does this need to be 2 consecutive hours? My commute is pretty short, so that may be tough to do, and I don't have a garage so I dont want to leave my car with the keys in it.
