On the 2000-2004.5 it is. I reset my 2001 by pressing and holding the odometer reset on the dash, turning on the key, waiting for the "service engine soon" to start flashing, then releasing the clock adjustment ****, then turning off the key. IIRC you need to release the odometer reset button before the SES stops flashing which will cause it to stop flashing. Lol, timing is everything. You may need to try it a few times.

Maybe the newer ones are similar?
