when turning the key the car makes a clicking sound and doesn't start. the car does run but only after compression starting... I've gone under the hood and saw that my starter engine moves... a mechanic took a quick look and said that the bolts were missing or fell out. if the bolts are missing how is the starter still in place and working after compression starting? does anyone have any diagrams to show me where the bolts go AND are the bolts all the same size (what size) for all volvo starters? How would I get bolts to fix this problem?
