'05 2.5T timing belt instructions
I have not been able to find instructions specifically for my '05 S80 2.5T timing belt change. I have 93k on it but I'm not going to push it to 105k. The closest I can find is the Chilton manual for '04 which states for the "5 cylinder" the vibration dampener must be removed with volvo tool # xxxx. Do I really need to remove the dampener?

Thanks tech,
I cannot see obvious timing marks. I don't see anything that lines up with anything! Just a 0.. mark on each cam pulley but they don't orient to the top at the same time. And a V mark on the auxillary belt pulley but it's not near the perimeter, it's near the main dampener nut. Well I turned the dampener 1/4 turn CCW per the instructions and I'm making my own marks.

Thanks for checking in on me tech. Sending you a PM. I got it done after making my own marks. I replaced the idler and tensioner as well. All parts were from FCPgroton and the belt was a Continental.
