1st and 2nd gone???

I have a 95 850 5 speed 5 cylinder. it will no longer go into 1st or 2nd but goes into 3rd 4th 5th and reverse. Is it possible that the clutch needs to be bled? Any ideas.... car has a 140k on it. Thanks for your time

I am not really sure if its softer or not i just got the car like 1 day before this started happening.
