Default 2000 S40, turn Signals not working

My turn signals are not working but my Hazards do. I have replaced the Flasher but did not make any difference. The Cruise Control works (Located on the turn signal arm). I have tested the Fuses (Both Panels) and all are working properly.

I am thinking the Turn Signal Arm is not working (Broke internally).

The car was in a Front End Collision but not bad, it bent the hood and the Radiator Support 3/8 of an inch.

Does anyone have any idea?

Additional Information: There is also another problem, not sure it is related. The Internal Lights are not working, I have replaced the Fuse twice and when I do, the lights work and the engine runs much better but when the fuse burns out, the lights stop working and I get a check engine light (FLASHING)....

The TURN SIGNALS DO NOT WORK AT ALL, the Relay (Flasher) was replaced but no change. The Hazards work perfectly. I also have a Check Engine Light that FLASHES and the Internal lights are out and the Door Ajar light is on.
