Turn Signals Not Working

2000 Volvo S 80 2.9L

The turn signals have quit working. The bulbs are all burning and the four-way flashers (hazard lights) work. Nothing on the error display.

Thoughts?

Are the wipers only working on one speed?

Tried unhooking the battery as suggested in other posts and it worked...thankfully.
