Hi guys, just wondering if i'm late at changing the plugs on my 2006 V70...it has 62000km on the clock.i'm not sure if they where changed but seeing as it came off a lease, i'm sure it hasn't been...what is the normal interval? I ordered the volvo plugs for my engine..
also, should i really see a big difference in performance/gas mailage with the milage i have after i change them out?

You are never late to change plugs. If they are bad you will see difference in gas mileage after change. What gas mileage are you getting now?

 

blackbrick...right now i fill up and put in 60 liters and average about 540km on a tank..i never fill up to the full 70 L....

 

If my math is still as I remember that is 21.3 MPG so it is fairly good if you drive short distances or if it is in town driven car. If its driven mostly on freeway should be around 25 MPG. I got 25 MPG on both Volvos mixed out and in town but mostly out town.
