2009 s40 door lock stuck / Key Wont Open/ NO FOB
I've had this car for 1 Year...
Like I haven't had enough problem with it - The Newest:
The Door Won't Open
The FOB Never Worked
The ONE and ONLY Key - Won't Open the 1 - and ONLY1 Door Lock.
The Key Does Turn back and Forth - But it seems to be a bit STIFF, and The BUTTON Does Not Move at all.
I thought it might be possible the Door Lock was Frozen, as there's been some Nasty Weather with Temps Down to -23C /Freezing Rain and Snow.
Last week it was working fine.
But I tried Heating the Key with a Lighter, and Torch -and I've been using quite a bit of Pressure. I am Fearful, the Key will soon Break. it's been 4 days with Milder Weather.
I'm going to try the WD 40 thing in the lock.. just gotta get a Spray Nozzle.
Can it be the Actuator?
How can I get in ...
With a Coat Hanger - Jimmying Up the Door Lock Button from under the window / Inside with the Door Handle?
I've seen some (Pretty Crazy) Videos on YouTube for Various Cars -
Putting a AA Battery, on the door lock,
Putting TAPE on the Glass - and Pulling Down the Window,
Pulling the Door Handles in a Sequence.
I'm LOCKED OUT!
Any Suggestions would be Helpful
Thank You!

I’d first suspect a frozen mechanism given the precipitation and temperatures you mention. A de-icing spray might be required. A company named Grove makes a dry lubricant / de-icer spray specifically for this purpose. There are likely other options as well.
You might benefit from owning and knowing how to use a slim jim. They cost under $20 on Amazon. I’ve never used one on a Volvo but have used them periodically on US vehicles about the age of your car.
