2012 C70 Front License Plate Bracket

Just purchased a 2012 C70. I would like to add a front license plate bracket. There isn't a bracket and there appears to be no predrilled holes as well. Any ideas on getting one and then installing?

There are two small dimples that will line up with the bracket from Volvo. Or an auto parts store will have a universal one.
