my husband bought ne a c70 convertible 2005 last week and I have managed to completely break the 3 disc cd changer does anybody have one to buy or know of anybody that has one

 

Check eBay or a local salvage yard. How did YOU break it? Should be hard to do that. Maybe it was already messed up. Don't bother fixing it, get a mp3 player and use it. CD's are dead. I haven't listed to one for almost 3 years.

 

hi thanks for the message , have tried salvage yards with no joy , mu husband only bought me the car last week.i jammed it and then tried to hard to pull it out, any suggestiions as you have amn mp3 how i bwould connect it so that i am able to use the full 10n speakers in the C70

 

What is your stereo model #. The yard here may have one. Did it come out? What condition is it in now?

I have just ytaken out the whole music system unit inc radio etc.. on the top of the box are a number od different numbers set out as below

I dont know if any if that helps but on the cd changer itself there is no serial number only on the complete box which you unclip at the bottom

Can you post a pic of it? I don't have any idea what you are looking for or what the real problem is. Is it a disc thing that slides into the stereo? Did that part come out?
