'91 240 - Strange Noise
I have a '91 240 with auto tranny.
I get an occasional whining/siren noise that increases/decreases along with vehicle speed but does not stop/start and any specific speed.
It sounds likes it coming from inside the vehicle (not the fan motor...it's noisy too). The noise happens regardless of if the radio or heater fan are on or off.
The car runs great, brakes are good, shifts fine.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
