There's a four digit code number that you'll have to get from a dealer. My local dealer looked mine up for free. Once you know the code, you just punch it in using the numbered radio station preset buttons on the unit.

 

Yeah as moorepower said call the dealer, i had the same issue with my c70 when i bought it and for me it took a 100 mile round trip to the dealer to get it fixed. you might find a local dealer that will do it over the phone but most likely you will need to go to it with the paperwork they ask for to get the codes
