Hoping for some advice.

Looking at a 96 volvo Turbo. Speedometer and odometer doesn't work. ABS and SRS lights are on. Cosmetic damage (no headliner, broken handles) Drives real nice. Asking $2000. Without seeing it obviously, does the price seem fair?

 

nope. seems high. already needs over 1,000 in work.
