I have a problem that i do not quite see duplicated ......can anyone tell me what the problem is? the a/c is fully charged and even when it wasn't would run fine if it got to cold and you shut it of for awhile it would not come back on . NOW after it has been charged it is intermittent it just shuts off by its self. what is the problem? it is 100 + here in texas please help

 

Does the inside motor stop?

Does the compressor under the hood stop?

 

I'm not sure if that plays any significant role, but are you sure that the A/C wasn't overcharged? My Pontiac Vibe a/c was "acting funny" when it was overcharged. Tech what do you think?

 

Don't think so.

What I really think is that he has a bad Compressor.
