Hello, first let me tell you, I do not own or drive a Volvo. My friend purchased a used 2000 C70 and inherited a battery issue. I was visiting him and decided to look into it for him. I found the wiring going to the driver's visor to be worn and shorted. This caused the constant drain on the battery. I will admit I found an entry on the web referring to this so it helped a lot. A quick cut, some black tape and all is well.
