Default below 32 degrees no start

I have a 1993 volvo 850 glt, and the last few years, when it gets close to 32 degrees and below, it wont start. It tries to go, but usually it wont start. Soon as it gets above 32 degrees outside, then its good to go and purrs like a kitten. I got another MAF for it, from bulgaria, brand new, but still a no go. Any ideas out there, I did replace the battery with a brand new one as well. Perhaps I need to replace the PCM as well? Any ideas, Thank you !

how about testing out the various temperature sensors starting with the engine coolant temp sensor (right beneath the thermostat housing)? There's also a temp sensor to control the intake air preheat but I'd probably test/replace the ECT first.

Back in the winter I had one here doing that, also at 32 degrees (Fahrenheit). It was the fuel pump relay. Fuel pump went out shortly thereafter.

OP was back two years ago, so they've probably stopped listening. If you have a similar issue, best to start a new thread.
