Default body work

So I parked my car in the garage today to only find a dent on my car that is about 12 inches in diameter (about the size of a computer keyboard), and its got 2-3 dents in it. Its right above the front tire.

But anyway my question is, is it possible to "unplunger" the damage out?, I dont want to make it worse... Damage looks less than 250$ and thats I think my deductible is 500$...

How I think it happened:

Im curious because just the other nite, I happen to be going straight, and to my left another lane which is left turn onlu.
ft turn only. Well I grab a CD pop it in(lying on my passenger side seat), look up, have to swerve around a car that jerkedly accelerated into my lane, and the lane i was in was very narrow. Well I thought I cleared it, and I musted hit her car, but I didnt feel a hit or bang, and futhermore I thought for sure that I cleared it with a few inches to spare...but maybe I didnt. Nor did the other driver follow me or report me... Maybe it was his/her fault.... I Dunno.... But If I hit I would hav thought there would have been more damage then this...

If you can access it from the inside, (I can on my V70, through the slots by the hood hinge) use a soft pineboard (1x2), rounded off at the endand pry or press gentily. Take your time, try not to push the whole dent out at once. Push to hard, and you will dimple it. I've done this a few times on other cars with pretty good success.

Damn Massachusetts drivers !

The Pops-a-Dent actually works. It didn't take all of a dent on my car out but it did reduce it enough that I can live with it.

If you press/pop/form it out close to it's original shape, it should be firm.

I think I paid around $15-$20 at Autozone.
