i broke my key in half the metal part i had a problem with the dealer getting my the right ket two they send didnt work i got my dremal and did a little filing and it worked i have the peices of the key i broke is there anything i can do to not pay the dealer $200 to buy the software and program the key

 

I have seen a few blanks on ebay, but I really wouldn't trust them.
You might have to go to the dealer.

 

Not sure if it will work or not but take the key that works and put it close to the ignition under the plastic cover around the ignition switch.
Some alarm shops do that when they install keyless entry. They wire tie it to the ignition just behind the cover.
