hey everyone i broke my car key i got two others from the dealer they didnt work at first but with my dremal i did a little filing and got it to work but it wont turn the car on i have to take it to the dealer for them to program the key.

i have the key that i broke both pieces is there anything i can do to make it work any and all sugguestions will be greatly appreciated

 

the dealer can cut keys and program them off of the vin number, just take your title and registration to them, it will take a few days and it isn't cheap...
