I have a 2003 S40 with a 100k bumper to bumper extended warranty. The problem is my dealer in Santa Cruz, Pacific Volvo, who sold me the car and warranty is gone and I can't find my original documents so I cannot prove I have an extended warranty! Help anybody!!!

 

contact a different volvo dealer and they should be able to look it up via your vin number... right from the head volvo.

 

You can also contact Volvo of North America. I'm sure they have record of your extended warranty purchase.

 

Assuming your is a Volvo USA warranty and not something sold (or worse, backed) by the dealer independent of the official Volvo distributor.

If its a genuine Volvo warranty, you should be safe as Volvo will have records.
