Hello Everyone,

I have a little issue here with my cooling fans coming on too late. temp gauge goes a 1/4 past the middle (about 230F according to my live data scanner) then the fans come on and it cools back to dead center.

Also, the fans wont come on at all unless the AC is on.

Also, fans do not immediately come on when I turn the AC on.

I have a 2004 V40 1.9T with 156k miles

Here's what Ive done so far:
New coolant temp sensor
New thermostat
Checked fuses and relays with jumper cable from battery. Everything is clicking as it should.

Never seen this issue before so any insight would be much appreciated!
