Did repairs
Just did water pump, timing belt, tensioner rollers, heater core with hoses, o2 sensor, and charged the battery on my 2000 Volvo S70. When I went to go start it it won’t fully turn over it just keeps turning. Is it the battery or something else?

Did you double check the cam timing including how to set the VVT gear? When you say it won't fully turn over, what do you mean? does the engine spin but doesn't catch? does it spin slower or faster than normal or does it sound like it wants to spin over but cant? Did you try turning the crank by hand with a ratchet to make sure you've got timing clearance?

I turn the key and it just cranks and continuously cranks without fully starting.
