Drivers side low beam headlight dead. 2006 XC90
So my drivers side headlight died today. Checked the bulb with the passenger side and it lit off no problem. Checked the fuse under hood #16 i I think that was the number. Anyways the one thats labeled for driver side headlight. Fuse was good. Checked power at the fuse and I have 13.8v or so with car running. Checked voltage at the light and its dead. I have continuity on ground. Also checked power to plug ground chassy groung. Nothing. Is there a head light relay somewhere or is it built into the CEM. (Central Electronic Module) I'm kinda stuck atm and dont know where to check next. Im anyone can help me with this id appreciate it. Thanks
Low beam headlight control is built into CEM. No relay.
Check if there is any errors code that is headlight related (via diagnostics).
If CEM registers errors more than 200 times it switches off power and headlight can be enabled back by clearing errors codes.
