Give it a few minutes. It worked yesterday because I tested it. It's a link to Matthews Volvo site. It appears to be down right now. Likely a power outage where ever the web server is.

ETM=electric throttle module. it is the throttle body of the car only now it is drive by wire. which mean no more throttle cable. it is control by the accelerator switch & the computer to open & close the throttle
