Just wondering how many people have gotten repairs under the extended warranty?

I have been having a CEL 2187 once in a while and on a forum one member mentioned their 2187 was due to a cracked OCV hose and it was covered under the extended warranty.

I don't have the engine noise that is mentioned with a bad PCV Oil Trap.

Apparently the problem is just a matter of time situation and happens a lot. The problem is that they won't just fix it with the updated parts, it has to go bad first. But if it is happening to a lot of cars....I hope my 2007 V50 with under 100K has it go bad before passing the warranty mark.

Volvo extended warranty is 10 years or 120,000 miles.
