Fuel Line + FPR Replacement (X-Post from S40)
Sorry for the cross post, but hoping someone can help me out.
I replaced the FPR on my wife's 2004 S40 (earlier model) and all was well until she reported smelling gas from the inside. A little freaked out, I told her to pull over and I picked her up.
When I looked under the hood the next day, it looks like the fuel line that connects to the top of the FPR wasn't seated properly. There was a little green plastic clip that broke off when I pulled the line out to inspect.
What part do I need to fix? Can I just buy the clip? Do I have to replace the whole line?
TIA, trying to avoid a trip to the dealership.
