Default Does my FPR need replacement?

Hello, days ago while searching the cause of a whistling noise and loss of power when accelerating (which resulted in a hose loosen from turbo, thank God), I touched the fuel pressure regulator and felt a very strong and fast pulsation both on FPR and part of the tube connecting to it. I don't remember I felt this before. Today driving to work car showed rough acceleration and shifting, and both random erratic idling at stops and fuel cutout when accelerating. There's no engine light warning, yet. I'm about to replace spark plugs but can you guys advise if I should replace FPR too?
Thanks and my apologies if my English is not the best.

I wouldn't replace it based on what information you gave us. Especially without testing the fuel pressure first.
